- 1995 TO PRESENT – Director Administrative Services Division of Masuen Consulting LLC - A water conservation oriented design and consulting firm servicing the Golf Course, Landscape, and Agricultural Industries, world wide, in the fields of irrigation and horticultural design and consulting.

Gave presentations to private groups and city personnel on landscape management and design. Also implemented and conducted training courses for new employees .
