Overview
Many within the construction Industry believe the green building movement is just another passing 'feel good' trend; at Masuen Consulting we could not disagree more. We believe all projects can be environmentally conscious and financially profitable. In fact, when life cycle costs are considered the two are quite compatible. We believe green building is not only here to stay, but those who fail to see its value will be left behind over time. Additionally, those who see the importance and incorporate it into their overall philosophy will be adequately rewarded.
Every project is unique and the implementation of green building concepts must take into account the client's needs, project type, funding, site specifics, and location. Masuen Consulting has a strong track record of guiding clients in how to be green and profitable; but the client must value, and be focused on, returns over the long term.
